Meryem Deghima is an experienced educator and dedicated advocate with a deep commitment to community and faith. Born and raised in Algeria, Meryem holds a Master of Science degree and moved to the United States in 2011. She has devoted herself to teaching and serving her community in various capacities.

For over five years, Meryem has taught Arabic full-time at Guidance Academy, where she fosters a love for language and cultural understanding, and she also teaches Sunday school at the Dawah Center and serves as a Quran instructor at the Islamic Society of Milwaukee and Al-Huda evening schools.

In addition to her work in education, Meryem has also been an advocate with Our Peaceful Home for more than a year, passionately supporting and guiding families in need. As a proud wife and mother of three, Meryem is deeply committed to her family, her faith, and her mission to empower others. She brings warmth, knowledge, and dedication to all her roles, making a meaningful impact on those she serves.
