Cherrie Hanson is the Special Projects Manager for the Muslim Women's Coalition (MWC) and coordinates the monthly Networking Brunch. She is also Managing Editor of Wisconsin Muslim Journal.
She has been published in Shepherd Express, Milwaukee Independent, The Inner Voice and UW-Milwaukee's Cream City Review. She authored the blog Cherrie Bomb! dedicated to the subject of healthy mind, beauty and spirit. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Art is from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a focus on Women’s Studies. Cherrie is a writer, fine art photographer, vocalist and musician using her talents as a means to express and strengthen her faith.
